Ensure high availability and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services.
Design, Architect & Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategies in AWS environments.
Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc).
Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc) for system health monitoring.
Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for scalable and repeatable provisioning.
Optimize AWS resource utilization to reduce cloud costs.
Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team.
Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure the process aligns with organization standard.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in relevant field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer or in a similar role.
Expert in scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Bash or other similar languages.
Experience in Wintel platforms, On Premise is a plus.
Strong understanding knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) & AWS core services such as EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, SSM, CloudWatch etc.
Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda etc is a plus.
Certifications with AWS, security or other infrastructure are advantageous.
Shift rotation is required with extra compensation.
Ability to speak & converse in both English & Chinese.

Working Hours:

9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) during first 1-2 months job training
24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week).

Work Location:

KL Eco City (Accessible via LRT and KTM)
