You will engage Building and Construction stakeholders to deliver end-to-end spec-to-sales support, manage project leads through to completion, provide consultative selling, and sustain a healthy pipeline to achieve sales targets. What You'll Do 1. Regular and periodic tracking and monitoring of specification pipeline and sales conversion. 2. Formulate and execute the segment strategy and value chain stakeholders' engagement programs. 3. Plan and supervise the technical talks and presentations calendars. 4. Promote and upsell the premium tier products and best solutions for the projects. 5. Build strong and trustworthy relationship with project value chain members. 6. Manage specification pipeline process of the team, including involvement in technical and specification negotiation process. 7. Represent Company as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the assigned project /construction sub-segment(s). 8. Communicate market insights, sub-segments and project needs to the marcom, technical and product development team. 9. Communicate and liaise with both downstream and midstream stakeholders for supports and resources required. What You Need to Succeed 1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or other related discipline. 2. At least 5 years of experience as a Specification Specialist, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a comparable role overseeing and leading a team of specifiers or sales professionals. 3. Experience in technical/consultative selling and building/construction industry will be added advantage.
