Job description Act as the primary liaison between BTU Port, shipping and forwarding agents, and PAC clients. Represent the company as a product ambassador stationed at the port. Coordinate and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and customer service. Achieve assigned sales goals and contribute to business growth at the port. Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding sales activities and customer feedback.
