- Promote and sell our product portfolio to assigned outlets, ensuring the right product mix and availability.
- Evaluate and anticipate customer needs, recommend win-win solutions, and cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Forecast sales and market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans aligned with overall Sales strategies.
- Actively pursue new opportunities, follow up on sales leads, and drive conversion through structured territory planning.
- Partner with Marketing to execute high-quality promotions, activations, and in-store campaigns that elevate brand presence.
- Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product visibility, placement, and compliance with brand standards.
- Gather market insights and feedback, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- A self-starter with strong ownership, capable of managing your territory independently and following through on commitments.
- A passionate sales person who enjoys customer engagement and is motivated by achieving results.
- A strong communicator and influencer with solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- An agile team player who adapts well to changing priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- An individual with good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to apply them effectively to different customer needs.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Must possess a valid full driving license-A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage
- Willing to relocate as required, would be an added advantage
