- Proactively identify and acquire new-to-bank through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and evolving needs.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and develop tailored investment, insurance, and lending solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services, including deposits, loans, forex, and bancassurance.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, review performance, and provide timely recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and client circumstances.
- Collaborate with product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's business.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to provide relevant and competitive advice.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, mainly on commercial banking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly customer-centric with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
