IT Technician Job Description Job Requirements: Diploma in IT or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willingness to work in a shift-based environment if required. Basic programming knowledge is preferred(Bash, Shell, Windows CMD). Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
