- Collaborate with teams to understand client requirements and business objectives, providing insights to resolve technical and functional challenges.
- Support client presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating solutions while building and nurturing strong client relationships to exceed expectations.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering to develop tailored business solutions and validate them against client standards.
- Leverage expertise in relevant technologies and tools while staying updated on emerging trends and regulatory developments to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with consultant, senior consultants, managers, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery, managing risks and issues effectively.
- Engage in learning and development initiatives to fulfill training and qualifications.
- Support client relationship management activities and contribute to proposal development, bids, and market opportunities to expand the firm's footprint.
- Understand the expectations set and demonstrate personal accountability for keeping their own performance on track.

- Possesses a degree, preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accountancy, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are an added advantage.
- Demonstrates strong domain and technical-functional knowledge in risk management solutions, including Basel, IFRS 9, Liquidity, Credit Risk, and Banking Regulations.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, and SAS preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and client management abilities.
- Proficient in business-level English, both verbal and written.
- Capable of working independently, multitasking, and managing projects effectively.
- Works efficiently against demanding timelines.
