Specialization: CUSTOMER SERVICESJob description:Job Responsibilities: \n\n
\n\t * Responsible to handle customer Purchase Order and Sample Request from receiving to delivery.
\n\t * To process incoming Purchase Order and Sample Request from commitment to delivery.
\n\t * To communicate and interact with customer with regards to the order, sample or customer requests and ensure all enquiries are replied within 24 hours.
\n\t * To drive planner team by processing the right PO to ensure planning and prod team produce the right part to fulfill customer PO and achieve95% 1st commit target. \n\t * To liaise with prod team and R&D team to ensure sample are prepared and ready within the required lead time.
\n\t * To monitor commitment from planner to ensure the order LT are reasonable and comply with standard LT.
\n\t * To coordinate with shipping department to ensure order are ship effectively, timely and accurately.
\n \n\n\n\nJob Requirements: \n\n
\n\t * Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
\n\t * Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates as need to deal with China and Taiwan customer.
\n\t * 3-5 years experience in customer services.
\n\t * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
\n\t * Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka.
