Customer Relationship Officer | Mandarin-Speaker

• Contact customers and provide regular touch points on their birthday and half yearly reviews updates.
• Manage the retention of customers by reaching out to segments where their policies have lapsed.
• Update leads in a meticulous manner and provide updates to the Manager on outcome where tracking is required.
• Ensure scripts used are compliant.
• Consistent in achieving monthly and annual targets set by the Manager, aligning with channel mobile team Annual Premium Equivalent Plan.
• Provide continuous feedback and suggestions on improvement/enhancement where relevant.
• Take guidance from Team Lead/Manager on matters relating to telephony skills, achieving targets etc.
• Any ad-hoc projects where required.

• Proficient in Mandarin language (spoken/written).
• Possess Diploma-level education of any field.
• 1 year of relevant Telemarketing experience (inbound/outbound) or client care relationship experiences or customer service in outbound.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular MS Excel.
