About the Role To support TA partners on sourcing and manage new hires onboarding process. Talent Sourcing Support recruiters to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks) Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirements Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, and cultural fit Talent Onboarding Act as bridge between hiring manager, new hire, recruiter, IT and facilities team for pre-onboarding process, to ensure all required onboarding preparation is completed timely for a pleasant onboarding experience. Conduct Day 1 onboarding session in guiding new hires completing required tasks. Maintain and audit recruitment data accuracy input by recruiters, for compliance purpose Manage recruitment invoice payment and third party vendor management system Develop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners, TA partners and Hiring Managers to provide assistance with recruiting needs.
