Channel Partnerships Executive/Senior Executive

- Identify, reach out to, and support onboarding of potential channel partners across Malaysia
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with partners to drive consistent merchant referrals
- Support partner activation by coordinating training sessions, product briefings, and sales enablement activities
- Work closely with partners to promote EPOS solutions and drive adoption among SME merchants
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure engagement and address any operational challenges
- Support joint sales activities, including field visits, events, and partner-led merchant engagements
- Gather feedback from partners on market trends, product gaps, and customer needs, and share insights with internal teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives
- Represent EPOS at events, trade shows, and partner activities when required
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, POS, telco, or related industries
- Strong interest in channel partnerships and SME acquisition
- Comfortable with outreach, relationship management, and on-ground execution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners and merchants effectively
- A proactive and hands-on attitude, with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of commercial concepts (e.g., pricing, margins, partnerships) is a plus
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia for partner meetings and fieldwork
