- Strengthen partnerships with current customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the ASEAN market.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, making effective use of marketing tools and resources.
- Represent the Company at industry events to showcase solutions and reinforce our position as a trusted leader in factory traceability and automation.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on sales performance, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Uphold the Companys values by fostering a professional, positive image in all interactions.
- Remain adaptable to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities when required.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience within the manufacturing sector; exposure to the electronics or semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and applying management tools to analyze and drive business performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia and ASEAN as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-driven, dedicated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Marketing knowledge or experience will be considered an added advantage.
