You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created incompliance with Company guidelines.
Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation.
Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities.
Support regular and ad-hoc activities such as:

Budget vs. spend reporting
Historical spend analysis
Track KPI and/or Operation matrix for reporting
Internal and external audit

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Good spoken and written in English & Mandarin (other foreign languages is an added advantage)
1 - 2 years of related working experience is an added advantage
A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision
High levels of proficiency in excel
Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skill.
Enables effective engagement with customers and stakeholders in Greater China market through mandarin proficiency.
Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Degree in Accountancy or Finance or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
