What You Will Do Inventory Excellence (Trucks to Pegs): Ensure 100% of received stock is correctly displayed and organized before the store opens. Maintain a clean sales floor and keep error rates below 1% for a seamless shopping experience. E-Commerce Fulfillment: Handle the end-to-end process of picking and packing online orders with high accuracy and a target productivity of 20 items per hour. Team Play: Support the wider team during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays, to prioritize the customer experience. Who You Are Active & Agile: You love sports and enjoy a vibrant, physically active work environment. Detail-Oriented: You have good eyesight and basic numeracy skills to ensure zero errors in stock and packing.
