- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities involving contractors, vendors, and OEMs.
- Ensure effective execution of maintenance work processes with minimal production disruption.
- Monitor and analyze performance gaps to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, MFWP, PMMS, and company policies.
- Track KPIs and support reliability and asset integrity initiatives.
- Bachelors degree of related Engineering and equivalent qualification
- Has valid OGSP and CIDB or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or contract/vendor management in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry.
