- Translate brand strategy into scalable visual systems and integrated campaign platforms.
- Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines that work across 13 markets.
- Elevate design and visual standards across touchpoints through strong typography, layout, colour systems, and hierarchy.
- Safeguard and evolve ShopBack's identity while enabling thoughtful market flexibility.
- Narrative & Messaging Frameworks
- Craft strong, insight-led brand copy and narrative frameworks that articulate our value proposition clearly.
- Build messaging systems that align regional direction with local nuance.
- Ensure tone of voice consistency across campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Campaign & Commercial Impact
- Develop compelling visuals assets for integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
- Partner with Growth teams to deliver performance-driven creative that balances bold storytelling with measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Commercial, and Local Market teams to align creative with business priorities.
- Present and articulate creative rationale confidently, influencing stakeholders through clarity and strategic thinking.
- Creative & Execution Excellence
- Deliver high-quality creative at speed, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Build repeatable systems that increase velocity without compromising brand integrity.
- Innovation & Creative Evolution
- Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand coherence.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation, production, and experimentation.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant design experience, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce, tech, or agency environment.
- Strong narrative brand copywriting skills with the ability to translate strategy into compelling messaging frameworks.
- Proven experience in brand system design and guideline development.
- Strong visual fundamentals (typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy) with the ability to craft visual narratives and articulate design rationale .
- Experience developing integrated, commercially-driven campaigns.
- Ability to confidently present and defend creative rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Ability to balance bold creative thinking with disciplined brand consistency.

- Experience across both offline and digital channels (OOH, social, paid media, CRM, app/web).
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and experimentation.
- Proficiency in additional languages to support regional storytelling.
