- Develop and Lead CSR Strategy– Design and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company’s values, sustainability goals, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement– Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, community leaders, government bodies, and industry peers to maximize social impact.
- Oversee CSR Projects & Programs– Plan, manage, and evaluate community projects, environmental sustainability efforts, and employee-driven initiatives to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Champion Employee Involvement– Lead employee engagement and volunteerism programs, fostering a culture of social responsibility across the organization.
- Lead CSR Communications– Oversee the creation and distribution of CSR-related content, including press releases, digital campaigns, and internal communications to highlight achievements.
- Monitor and Report Impact– Establish frameworks to measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness of CSR programs, ensuring transparency and alignment with ESG reporting standards.
- Manage CSR Budget– Oversee financial planning and resource allocation for CSR initiatives, ensuring efficient use of funds and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure Operational Excellence– Direct event logistics and program execution, ensuring smooth delivery and impactful engagement with participants and communities.
- Integrate Sustainability Practices– Embed sustainability and eco-friendly practices into CSR initiatives while supporting broader corporate ESG commitments.
- Collaborate and Lead Teams– Work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Communications, and other departments while providing guidance and leadership to CSR team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in CSR, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, or community development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- CSR & Sustainability Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSR principles, ESG frameworks, sustainable development goals (SDGs), and community engagement practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Project Management: Advanced planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and media relations capabilities.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and report financial performance.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, collaborative, results-oriented, and passionate about social and environmental responsibility.
