- Lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
- Optimise that best use of available resources (people, products, systems) while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
- Coach branch supervisor and captain on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organisation's objectives.
- Responsible for upkeeping the outlet's hygiene and cleanliness.
- Responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality.
- Build morale and teamwork with fair rewards and discipline.
- Maintain high productivity by regularly reviewing staffing, schedules, and duties.
- Minimum SPM, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or F&B is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, F&B industry.
- Willing to work shift basis.
- 6 days a week. (By shift)
