Job description Responsibilities: Generates revenue by converting prospects into customers. Based on experience this minimum set of skills has been found successful for performing the Service: Proficient use of selling skills to ensure consumers are sold the right products and services Cross/up-sell products and services Provide comparative and competitive product information about consumer products Promote client brand by inspiring and educating customers Take product orders and process financial transactions (credit cards and financing applications) Assist customers with web based interactions Capture customer profile information and interaction history Pass leads to the appropriate sales manager Provide order related assistance to customers Report web related problems or errors to client on a timely basis Subscribe customers to email newsletter or other direct marketing tools Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager Ad hoc tasks given Requirements: 2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals Experience in high-volume calling Experience learning new technology and data Problem solving skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Other information: 5 days' work week (Monday - Friday) KL Office is located at Menara TRX Working hour (6am-3pm/7am-4pm) Permanent position Onsite Privacy and Information security Adhere security requirements in the process.
