  • Lead mobile product design and conceptualization, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standardized mobile app rollout processes.
  • Own and manage the full mobile product lifecycle, including successful release to production.
  • Develop, document, and coordinate all product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams.
  • Perform end-to-end business analysis, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and prioritize product features using recognized prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE, Value vs Effort).
  • Conduct minor product research, including market validation and user feedback analysis.
  • Develop business models and pricing strategies where applicable.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure product value and business impact.
  • Ensure product alignment across stakeholders, including users, customers, management, UX, development, operations, and external partners.
  • Take accountability for the overall success or failure of assigned mobile products.
  • Contribute domain knowledge, particularly in marketing and sales-driven product environments (bonus).
QualificationsQualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
  • Agile Product Owner certification (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner specifically in mobile application environments.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on mobile product development experience, with proven track record of successfully released mobile apps to production (portfolio or proof required).
  • Overall minimum 10 years of working experience in related digital/product roles.
Specific knowledge/ SkillMobile Product Expertise
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development best practices.
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment standards (App Store / Play Store release processes).
  • Familiarity with mobile UX/UI principles and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing a full mobile product rollout lifecycle.
Product Management Skills
  • Strong product feature prioritization skills using structured frameworks.
  • Experience conducting product research and market validation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to define and measure product KPIs and value metrics.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and requirements of engineering.
Domain Experience (Bonus)
  • Experience in marketing and sales domain (any industry).
Responsibility and Scope for decision-making· Responsible for the development of highly complex mobile digital products.· Defines metrics across the business unit to measure product benefit and value generation.· Accountable for delivery outcomes, product success, and business impact.
