This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting within a fast-paced business environment. The position will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records and smooth month-end processes.Key Responsibilities· Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing financial data to support accounting operations.· Support the preparation of basic bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and adjusting entries.· Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.· Provide support during month-end or quarter-end closing activities.· Assist with bank and account reconciliation tasks.· Organize and maintain financial documents such as payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and statements.· Support the tracking of departmental expenses against allocated budgets.· Verify staff expense claims for accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.· Participate in finance-related initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvement projects, or automation testing.· Perform other administrative or finance-related duties assigned by the finance team.Contract Details· Employment Type: Contract· Contract Duration: 6 months· Working Arrangement: Fully onsiteRequirements· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (final year students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).· Detail-oriented, proactive, and meticulous, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.· Strong organizational and analytical skills.· Good communication skills in English.· Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage due to business communication requirements.Preferred Attributes
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic working environment.
