In this role, you will design and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the security, scalability, and quality of our geo-distributed microservice-based system. You will work closely with developers and product teams to integrate robust testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for features and bug fixes, ensuring adherence to Sitecore quality standards.
Design and implement API security testing, covering common vulnerabilities like SQL Injection, CSRF, and XSS.
Participate in code reviews, focusing on testability and automation efficiency.
Enhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams, providing automation expertise to improve software reliability.
Translate business requirements into automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to iterative development cycles and continuous testing.

What You Need to Succeed

Proficiency in C#.NET for automation scripting and test development.
Experience with databases, including testing relational or NoSQL solutions for data integrity.
Hands-on knowledge of Git, including version control fundamentals for test scripts.
Strong understanding of unit, integration and end to end testing, using frameworks like NUnit or XUnit.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly testing containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Comfort using development tools such as Visual Studio, VSCode, Resharper, GitHub Copilot or equivalent; solid working experience with web services testing for REST and GraphQL.
High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaboration skills, working closely with developers, product owners, and team members.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous test automation improvements.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

Exposure to microservices and cloud-native testing strategies.
Experience with messaging systems, such as validating Kafka or Azure Service Bus interactions.
Experience working with load and performance testing tools, Cloud, and static code analysis tools.
