Internal Learning Academy (The Crest) Operations & GovernanceLead the strategic direction, operational excellence and governance framework of The Crest to ensure it serves as a central platform for learning across the Group.2. Develop & Drive Strategic Roadmap of The CrestEnsuring alignment with Group business priorities, leadership capability frameworks and future workforce needs.Champion the internal learning academy brand and promote a strong learning culture across the organization.3. Learning Content & Module DevelopmentOverseeing learning modules for The Crest, ensuring content quality, relevance and alignment with adult learning principles and organization values.4. Trainer Pool DevelopmentIdentify, assess and onboard internal trainers, subject matter experts and senior leaders to establish sustainable and high-quality trainer pool for internal learning academy.5. Stakeholder EngagementEngage with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts and senior leaders to co-create impactful learning experiences and secure buy-in for new initiatives.6. Project Management & ReportingManage timelines, deliverables and reporting for special projects, ensuring clear communication and successful execution aligned with Group L&D priorities.Job Requirements:Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/any relevant discipline with at least 8 -10 years working experience in HR.Preferred with at least Certificate in Human Resources ManagementExperience in dealing with operational HR and business landscapeExposed and experienced in Learning & DevelopmentExposed and experienced in managing HR project will be an added advantageHands-on technical competencies on the following: Learning Design & Curriculum Development, Project Management, Programme Evaluation & Impact Analysis, Digital Learning Tools & Platforms, Stakeholder Engagement & Training Needs AnalysisTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
