Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with Mandarin-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Promote and explain company products and services clearly and confidently. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. * Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients. * Achieve individual and team sales targets. * Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. * Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. * Provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and after-sales support. * Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Requirements * Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written). * Must have background in insurance or sales minimum 6 months * Ability to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. * Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. * Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. * Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. * Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills. * Target-oriented with a positive attitude. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
