Market Expansion Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities for courier and logistics services, including: International Express (Export and Import - B2B & B2C) International Air Freight (Export and Import) International Sea Freight (FCL / LCL) Conduct market research to assess customer needs, competitive landscape, and logistics trends. Develop and implement market entry strategies for targeted regions or countries. Sales & Client Acquisition Acquire and manage key international accounts, including e-commerce platforms and B2B clients. Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and account onboarding. Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals that effectively address client needs and objectives. Preferred Candidate Background: Strong understanding of international logistics operations, market dynamics, and commercial strategies. Proven experience in international logistics and courier business development. Strong understanding of global trade lanes, customs processes, and commercial strategy. Self-starter with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Bonus if you have an existing network within global freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce, or logistics tech platforms. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
