1) Ensure anti-attrition business is executed and achieve target retention rate for Mortgage and Personal Loan2) Support Customer Care, Social Network, Contact Centre and Sales on credit insurance (disbursed loan) and solving mortgage complaints3) Prepare and analyse reports (ie. AAU, Foreign Exchange (FE) Rules, Credit insurance, portfolio) to ensure compliance, portfolio review and accuracy4) Ad hoc and Panel solicitor empanelment process and review5) Execute mortgage related initiatives in improving end-to-end process flow6) Manage, plan and support mortgage projects by coordinating and ensuring UAT are done timely
