Manage daily operations of the Insurance Unit, including motor and marine insurance, claims handling, and preparation of reports for management review.Key Responsibilities:Motor InsuranceManage renewals, claims, and e-cover notes.Coordinate vehicle inclusion/deletion in insurance policies.Handle premium computations, payment submissions, and road tax renewals.Marine InsuranceIssue e-marine certificates and handle manual declarations.Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with insurers.Manage related payment processes.Claims HandlingNotify insurers, compile documentation, and follow through on claims until settlement.ReportingPrepare monthly reports on outstanding claims and premiums for motor and marine insurance.General SupportSupport in areas of Group PA, Foreign Workers & Group Hospitalization insurance.Perform other tasks as assigned.QualificationsRequirements:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related.0-1 years’ relevant experience.Strong organizational, reporting, mathematical, and communication skills.Additional InformationMFM notable awards and recognitions :
