Analyst, Inventory ManagementWhen you’re creating technology for a changing world, you need to know where you stand in terms of your inventory. Our Inventory Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of the security and accountability of our inventory by documenting transactions, verifying processes and procedures and reviewing systems. We conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts, correcting discrepancies where possible. We also audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an Analyst on our Inventory Management Team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.What you’ll achieveResponsible for planning and controlling inventory to meet distribution demands and ensures the security and accuracy of inventories. Ensures quality and assurance of inventory by conducting physical inventory and cycle counts, analyzing count discrepancies, executing replenishment and replacement strategies and auditing incoming and outgoing shipments. Drives inventory visibility, optimization and end-to-end governance to proactively anticipate and mitigate risks.You will:

Identifies the root cause of inventory discrepancies and drives corrective action and process improvement
Understands financial impact of inventory
Accountable for assurance of financial statements through inventory accuracy (inclusive of systematic and physical)
Performs trend analysis on inventory management and drives resolution to any issues affecting inventory performance
