Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : 1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, to deliver a professional and consultative recruitment service to the business 2. Develop and maintain open communication with the team and other key stakeholders. 3. Assist & support Talent Acquisition events such as career fairs, and university engagement activities. 4. Assist in maintaining accurate data in the Talent Acquisition database and other HR-related reports. HRBP: 1. Assist HR Business Partner(s) in supporting internal teams with people-related strategies and initiatives 2. Help coordinate and implement HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and training. 3.Support the collection and analysis of HR Data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. 4. Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes. 5. Assist in drafting internal communications, policy updates, and HR-related documentation. 6. Contribute to employee engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and follow-up activities. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/HR or equivalent. Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications. Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya (Damansara Perdana) Internship position(s) for duration at least 10 weeks
