Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:● Create and adapt visuals based on briefs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and a strong understanding of the brand guidelines.● Apply and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all creative work.● Work closely with marketing, branding, and other teams from concept to final delivery.● Keep up with design trends and audience preferences to keep visuals fresh and relevant.● Turn creative briefs into clear, engaging visual stories for the target audience.Requirements:● 3–5 years of experience in graphic, advertising, or multimedia design.● Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); basic HTML knowledge is a plus.● Good understanding of design basics like typography, layout, color, and visual direction; familiar with social media and digital ads.● Experience in motion graphics, photography, or video production is an advantage.● Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle a fast-paced environment.● Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.● Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.● Positive attitude and good personality.
