OpportunityWe are hiring hardworking Sales Order Specialist (SMS) in our Kuala Lumpur office to will provide support for our LSEG customers in the North Asia region. The OMS generates quotes and enters order information into relevant systems, supporting the quote to billing processes. They consistently enhance customer experience through improving timeliness in service delivery by achieving the guaranteed average turnaround time.Day to Day Responsibilities:Responsible for the order process for a designated group of customers or a designated geographical area; meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner,Handle the order process for LSEG products; this includes entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfilment systemsAccountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity e.g. agreed volume, service and quality targetsCall out any delays to internal groups including to the senior members of the organization as appropriateA teammate, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure all internal and external customer requirements are met e.g. supervise the group email account to ensure that requests are processed and completed according to agreed turnaround timesAble to communicate and collaborate effectively with others in a variety of locations globallyResponsible for online maintenance and accuracy of customer install position (billable assets) and ensuring appropriate customer accessResponsible for creating and modifying customer master dataAccountable for ensuring appropriate Financial controls and policies are adhered to and in placeHandle the resolution of customer queries and issues through investigation, analysis, proposal of recommended solutions, and agreement on appropriate course of actionQualifications & Experience:1-2 years of relevant work experienceGraduate/post-graduate in related field such as Business, Commerce or Accounting.Business level English and Mandarin language as the role will support Mandarin-speaking clients.Prior order management experience preferredEducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceThis role is on blended work model, with 3 days working on the office and 2 days working remotely.
