Role Overview: Title: UAT Manual Tester (Insurance Systems) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ( Open to Locals Only ) Tenure: 7-Month Contract (High potential for extension) Experience: 2 - 6 Years What You Will Do: Claims Operations: Deep-dive into claims workflows and guidelines to identify process gaps. End-to-End Testing: Design traceable test cases and execute manual testing for claims/insurance modules. Defect Management: Document results, track bugs in JIRA/ALM , and collaborate with tech teams for fixes. Stakeholder Bridge: Conduct test result walkthroughs with users, explaining variances and system behaviors clearly. Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day claims processing issues during the UAT cycle.
