Our client is strengthening their Group Finance team to support our next phase of expansion. This is not a back-office accounting role. This is a Group-level finance position within a listed company environment , with exposure to consolidation, board reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate growth initiatives - including expansion and potential M&A activities. If you want visibility, ownership, and acceleration - this role is designed for you. What You Will Be Exposed To : 1. Listed Company Reporting - Monthly group consolidation and preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports - Board papers and management reporting - Annual Report & Sustainability Report disclosures and regulatory compliance - Coordination with auditors and corporate advisors 2. Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis - Budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling - Margin analysis, cost optimisation and operational performance tracking - Credit risk management, AR oversight and cash flow monitoring - Financial insights and analysis for senior management 3. Expansion & Growth Initiatives - Support financial analysis for new business initiatives - Support in evaluating capital expenditure and investment returns - Exposure to expansion planning and potential M&A assessments - Process standardisation and strengthening internal controls across subsidiaries You will see how finance supports growth at Group level - not just bookkeeping. Who We Are Looking For: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent 2. Professional qualification (ACCA / CA / CPA or equivalent) preferred 3. Minimum 2-3 years related experience (audit / Big 4 background is a strong advantage) 4. Strong technical grounding in financial reporting standards 5. Analytical, commercially aware and comfortable with responsibility 6. Mandarin speaker (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders) 7. Ambitious and growth-driven mindset 8. Must be able to READ WRITE & SPEAK MANDARIN Benefits: Annual leave entitlement starts with 10, 13, 17 go up to 22 days instead fixed at 8, 12 and 16 days as per labour law.
