- Lead product positioning and promotional strategies to ensure brand competitiveness.
- Manage annual brand campaigns, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
- Design and execute effective trade marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales within channels.
- Analyze the needs of different sales channels and create promotional plans to engage partners and consumers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve retail execution standards and ensure consistent brand presence.
- Conduct market trend analysis, competitor assessments, and consumer research to refine marketing strategies.
- Analyze key market indicators, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust strategies based on data.
- Generate regular market insights reports to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
- Participate in product development processes, providing marketing support for new product launches.
- Lead the marketing and trade marketing teams and develop structured growth plans.
- Organize team training and skill enhancement programs to ensure high performance and industry-leading knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive team efficiency and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 10 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, with a strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent data analysis and market insight capabilities, with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs.
- Fluency and strong communication skills in Mandarin (and major dialects), English and Malay
