Responsible for functional support in TM and integration with other applications or mobile devices.
Provide user support and training and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with business owner, system architect on System Improvement by gathering business requirements and documentation.
Conduct and facilitates system testing to ensure a successful implementation.
Monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support.
Compile and update documentation on system specification, operation procedures, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system support especially in SAP TM.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication (fluent in English, Japanese is an added advantage) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
