Factory Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably within the lithium battery cell or stainless steel processing industry.
• Proven experience managing a team of 50+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and production planning.
• Hands-on experience with stainless steel processing techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills.
• Experience with lithium battery cell production will be considered a significant advantage.

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production of stainless steel cylindrical lithium battery cell cases.
• Manage a workforce of approximately 100 employees, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Implement and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize output, minimize waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Manage the factory operations budget, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to improve product design and manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate supply for uninterrupted production.
