Operations Technician -Production and Mechanical Position Summary Executes field operations and first line mechanical tasks. Perform pigging, chemicals related tasks, sampling, and safe isolation and reinstatement Key Responsibilities Perform local start and stop actions and line ups. Parameters logging and complete visual inspections. Perform pigging, chemical dosing, and sampling. Perform first line mechanical tasks such as filter cleaning and small gasket or hose changes. Fit and remove spades and blinds. Verify zero energy. Complete reinstatement checks. Maintain housekeeping and spill control. Raise CMMS notifications with clear fault details and photos. Assist and support Production Lead Technician. Operations Technician -Electrical and Instrument Position Summary Focus on electrical systems with support to instrumentation. Maintain MV and LV distribution, MCCs, UPS and batteries, motors and VFDs, lighting and earthing. Support calibration and loop checks. Key Responsibilities Maintain switchgear, MCCs, power management,(GTG, DEG and MTG interfaces), UPS and lighting. Perform motor testing and VFD support. Support instrument calibration and valve stroking within competence. Conduct safety function proof tests with the CRO and instrument leads. Execute hazardous area inspections and rectifications. Complete test sheets and CMMS handovers. Maintain tidy switch rooms. Minimum Qualifications and Certifications Three to five years or more in field operations. OPITO BOSIET with CA EBS. Offshore medical. CompEx is desirable.
