EON Berhad is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Workshop Manager for the newly established EON Multi-Brand Body & Paint (B&P) Hub in Glenmarie . This flagship facility is designed to set new benchmarks in automotive repair and refinishing, catering to multiple OEMs (Proton, e.Mas, smart , VW, Audi and Mitsubishi) under EON Groups. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily operations of the B&P Hub, ensuring smooth workflow across all sections. Manage manpower planning, staff development, and performance evaluation of workshop personnel. Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, principal standards, and safety regulations. Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and quality of repairs to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments and principals on technical, equipment, and operational matters. Drive continuous improvements in processes, efficiency, and cost control. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in automotive Body & Paint operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role. Strong knowledge of workshop management, equipment handling, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Results-driven, with proven ability to improve operational performance.
