Overview We're looking for a Junior Designer with a strong foundation in design and a portfolio that shows clear design thinking . Your work doesn't have to be 'ad campaigns'-we're more interested in your eye for design , how you approach typography, composition, illustration, layout, or visual identity systems. Personal projects are more than welcome. Responsibilities Support the creative team in developing visual design assets across digital and print. Translate briefs into clean, thoughtful visual executions-layouts, typography, simple brand systems, and art direction support. Assist in creating social content, key visuals, presentation decks, basic motion design assets (a plus), and adaptations/resizes. Participate in brainstorming and design reviews; learn how to build work that aligns with brand tone and audience. Help maintain file hygiene: exporting, prepping assets, versioning, and organizing design systems/templates. Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, account teams, and production to deliver work on time. Qualifications 0-2 years of design experience (internship/freelance counts). A portfolio that demonstrates: Typography awareness (hierarchy, spacing, balance) Composition and strong visual taste Basic understanding of branding/identity or illustration (either is fine) Craft and attention to detail Note: Campaign work is not required-personal projects are welcomed. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma is a plus. Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
