- Assist in implementing recruitment plans;
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and follow up with candidates;
- Maintain recruitment data and talent pool records;
- Handle onboarding processes including documentation, registration, and orientation support.
- Manage daily attendance tracking, including overtime, leave, and absenteeism;
- Prepare attendance reports and ensure data accuracy;
- Assist in payroll calculation and verification;
- Handle employment contracts, probation, and resignation processes;
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation;
- Assist in handling employee grievances and disputes.
- Handle end-to-end processing of work permits and visas for foreign employees;
- Liaise with immigration and relevant authorities;
- Support statutory compliance including KWSP, PERKESO, and taxation;
- Manage leave records in accordance with local labor practices.
- Maintain HR databases, reports, and documentation;
- Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives;
- Respond to employee HR inquiries;
- Perform other duties assigned by HR Supervisor/Manager.
- Education: Diploma or above (HR or related field preferred);
- Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience in Malaysia; familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and work permits
- Skills: Strong execution ability, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR operations;
- Language: Proficient in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu;
- Attributes: Responsible, hardworking, good communication skills, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
