- Oversee, plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and events as part of the MARCOM integrated leads generation effort.
- Establish tie-ups with external parties for on-ground agent / customer engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns, Lead Generation campaigns.
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns with the objective of generating new leads
- Support integrated campaigns and events driven by Distribution channel / Customer Engagement team, as and when required
- Responsible for implementation of MARCOM plans to penetrate new customer base and promote new products launched
- Oversee the day-to-day operational tasks for leads generation, leads assignment and tracking; and recommend solutions to improve agents' performance and service level
- Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the management, as and when required.
- Develop BTL marketing materials to support business requirements ie. product brochures, newsletters, buntings, posters. Ensure the accuracy of vernacular translation of BTL marketing materials, where required.
- Support the development of key processes and management of Great Planner platform / ePartner platforms for lead assignment; i.e business requirements, lead assignment process development and enhancement, system UAT and others.
- Campaign set up and testing of campaign.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by management from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services industry.
- Experience in roadshow management, leads management and development of marketing materials would be an added advantage.
