Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall business and brand objectives.Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth through e-commerce channels.Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and maintain strong sales performance rhythm.Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.
E-Commerce Account ManagementBuild and manage long-term relationships with e-commerce platforms and third-party resellers.Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, and partnership terms.Define and track KPIs for each platform on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Enhance online brand visibility and optimize platform performance.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Cross-Functional CollaborationDefine and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product, marketing, operations, logistics, and finance teams.Align cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product positioning and execution.Support integrated campaigns and promotions across e-commerce channels.
Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify emerging e-commerce trends, opportunities, and growth areas.Develop and present business proposals to existing and prospective partners.Drive initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.Continuously explore new platforms and partnership opportunities.Role Impact & Responsibilities
Drive achievement of regional e-commerce sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Strengthen the company's market share across South Asia and SEA regions.Build and sustain a high-performing e-commerce sales ecosystem.Ensure long-term growth through strategic partnerships and revenue optimization.
Decision Making Authority
Manage account-level sales and marketing strategies.Allocate investments across accounts, including promotions and marketing support.Optimize resource utilization across product strategy, marketing, and account management.Drive decisions impacting revenue generation and partner performance.
Strategy & Development
Utilize structured sales reporting, data analysis, and performance reviews (QBRs).Collaborate with leadership to define and enhance e-commerce strategies.Continuously improve processes, systems, and partner engagement models.Contribute to long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.Work closely with e-commerce program management teams and leadership.Maintain strong communication with external partners and resellers.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5–10+ years of experience in sales or key account management within e-commerce or technology sectors.Strong experience working with e-commerce platforms and third-party reseller ecosystems.Experience in IT, consumer electronics, digital devices, or technology lifestyle products is preferred.Key Skills & Competencies
