Business Operations Director (PCBA)

• Influential Leadership and Decision Facilitation: Lead with a charismatic touch, building alignment among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster swift decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives. • Educational Background: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in leading operational transformation initiatives, with a track record of delivering value and driving process improvements. Significant experience with automation technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, proven to navigate complex environments and inspire teams across functions with a positive, energetic approach.
• Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building strategic relationships and fostering teamwork across diverse groups.
