- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within oncology and hematology segments to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and grow key accounts within the Malaysia private hospital sector, ensuring alignment with Clinigen’s commercial objectives.
- Navigate and optimize procurement processes across private hospitals, working closely with procurement teams and key stakeholders.
- Drive strategies to secure public funding for rare disease treatments, liaising with healthcare payors and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, market access, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- A degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in market analysis and strategic account planning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market dynamics in Malaysia.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer requirements.
