Brainstorm and creative ideas and conceptualize designs for digital platforms such as websites and mobile apps.
Ensure high-quality visual standards and brand consistency.
Execute design briefs provided by the Marketing Team and ensure timely follow-through.
Work closely with web developers and back-end teams to provide highly innovative and intuitive web and mobile application content.
Keep up to date with the Web design trends, proactively knowledge sharing with respective teams.
Collaborate with Project Management Team, Design Team, Content Team, Front-end and
Back-end Teams to bring projects and initiatives to fruition.
Familiar with problem-solving methodology e.g., design thinking, lean UX, agile and google sprint.
Develop concepts for video and still content
Proactively contribute conceptual and executional ideas to improve quality of end product
Offer multiple edit options for internal and client team partners

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Digital/Creative/Graphics/Multimedia Design discipline.
Prefer 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Organized and efficient in time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal relationship, expression, and interaction skills.
Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
