In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional team to support job role needs such as managing product quality plan and customer complains. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following behavioral skills : Strong communication skills Presentation skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Represents the Quality in innovation , customize and relocation projects, initiating the required quality measures Product Quality Planning and management Product and component parts approval ( First Lot Approval and Product Approval ) Initialize and approve Initial Sample Inspection Coordination and processing of First Article Inspection Coordination and processing of customer claims (8D reports and Non conformance report ) Deviation approval and management Ensuring the CE!/CEX requirements Supporting change requests and approval processes (quality perspective) Supporting in Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis . Supporting product management during customer visits and audits Perform internal and external audits Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electronic & Electrical Engineering or any other science/engineering related field Additional degree in quality engineering or successful track record in a quality engineer position is advantageous. Profound experience of the quality process (mechanisms) of high tech components in a highly consolidated market environment on a global scale.
