The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for. This position partners closely with business and operational stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis, support strategic decision‑making, and drive financial discipline across the organisation.

Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans in collaboration with business and operational teams.
Consolidate and analyse financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
Track actual performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances and key drivers.
Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior management.
Perform detailed variance, trend, and profitability analysis across revenue, costs, and margins.
Analyse operational KPIs and financial metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to support decision‑making with financial insights.
Understand cost drivers within a manufacturing / industrial environment, including overheads, labour, and operational expenses.
Support pricing, cost optimisation, and investment analysis initiatives where required
Support month‑end closing activities by working closely with Accounting / Controlling teams to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in reviewing accruals, provisions, and financial assumptions relevant to FP&A.
Ensure consistency between management reporting and financial statements.
Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, or ERP reporting improvements.
Contribute to standardisation of financial templates, models, and reporting tools.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, or Management Reporting.
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
