- Build and grow corporate accounts across Malaysia, targeting HR and L&D professionals
- Develop and position winning proposals to corporate clients
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business/C-suite executives
- Over 7 years of corporate sales experience (B2B sales) in Executive Education or HR/L&D Consulting, with a minimum of RM15-25 million/year in sales contributed as an individual
- Strong understanding of the talent development landscape in Malaysia
- Well-networked and connected across the L&D and HR fraternity
- Tenured relationships with leading companies, MNCs, and public sector organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch to CXOs and CHROs
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of marketing and positioning strategies to build a robust pipeline for growth
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; Master's degree is an added advantage
- Experience working for a rapidly growing company is strongly desired
- Experience working in the learning, education, or EdTech industry is a plus
- Experience working for a global company is also a plus
