Member Retention: Foster a supportive and inclusive gym environment that encourages member retention and satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with members to enhance their gym experience and encourage consistent attendance. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications. Attend regular training sessions and workshops provided by Anytime Fitness Corporate. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of member progress and session details. Ensure all fitness equipment is used appropriately and maintained in good working condition.
