Accountant

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are an added advantage
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in property/renovation industry is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards, tax, and statutory regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or others)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other statutory requirements
• Handle payments, payroll processing, and staff claims verification
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems for audit and compliance
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Support management with financial analysis and recommendations
• Perform any ad hoc finance and accounting tasks assigned by management
